Social Worker
Social workers are problem solvers. Whether the client is elderly, disabled, in crisis, or otherwise socially vulnerable, a social worker can help them overcome obstacles and progress in life. Social workers are usually expected to conduct in-person visits to clients’ homes, meet up with clients’ relatives and colleagues, and liase with local authorities to intercede own their clients’ behalf. A good social worker is an excellent problem solver, flexible and analytical, with the ability to manage diverse cases and a willingness to work with people from all backgrounds.
